Terms of Engagement

1. Nature of Services

Pradyogiki Hill provides customized software development, cloud infrastructure automation, mobile engineering, and technical advisory services. All specific deliverables, schedules, milestone acceptance criteria, and fee structures are formalized in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership

We adhere to a strict principle of 100% Client Code Ownership:

• Upon settlement of corresponding milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, database architectures, graphics, and documentation created for the client become the sole property of the client.
• We make no proprietary lock-in claims and will transfer full administrative control of repositories, cloud environments, and deployment pipelines.
• Open-source software (OSS) libraries utilized within projects remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).

3. Milestone Delivery & Acceptance

Engagements proceed through iterative, verifiable milestones. Each milestone includes preview deployments, test suites, and an agreed review period during which the client verifies deliverables against the agreed acceptance criteria.

4. Warranties & Post-Launch Support

Unless otherwise agreed in the SOW, custom software delivered includes a 30-day post-deployment warranty period during which defects or deviations from specifications are rectified at no additional charge. Ongoing support and SLA retainers are available following project launch.
